This Privacy Notice for Rabid Agents, a product of Rabid LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and share your personal information when you use our services, including when you:

What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? Some information we collect, such as payment data, may be considered sensitive. All payment data is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store payment card details directly.
Do we collect any information from third parties? We may receive limited profile information (such as name and email address) from third-party social media providers if you choose to register or log in using a social account. We do not purchase or obtain data from other third-party sources.
How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
Do we share personal information with anyone? We may share information in specific situations with specific categories of third parties. See Section 3 for details.
How do we keep your information safe? We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

1. What Information Do We Collect?
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, express an interest in our products, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us.
The personal information we collect may include:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Billing addresses
- Debit/credit card numbers
- Contact preferences
Sensitive Information. We do not directly process sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to facilitate payments, which is handled by Stripe.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number and security code. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. See their privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.
Social Media Login Data. If you register using your social media account, we will receive certain profile information from the social media provider. See Section 6 for details.
Application Data. If you use our application, we may also collect:
- Mobile Device Data: device information such as device ID, model, operating system version, browser type, IP address, and system configuration.
- Push Notifications: we may request to send you push notifications. You can opt out in your device settings.
Information automatically collected
When you visit, use, or navigate the Services, we automatically collect certain information. This does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and other technical information.
The information we collect includes:
- Log and Usage Data: IP address, device information, browser type, and activity in the Services (pages viewed, searches, timestamps, etc.)
- Device Data: information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device used to access the Services
- Location Data: your device’s location, which can be either precise or imprecise depending on your device settings. You can opt out by disabling Location settings on your device.
Google API
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2. How Do We Process Your Information?
We process your personal information for the following reasons:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication. We process your information so you can create and log in to your account.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services. We process your information to provide you with the requested service.
- For security and fraud prevention. We process your information to keep the Services secure and to prevent abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations. We may process your information as required by applicable law.
3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?
We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf.
The categories of third parties we may share personal information with include:
- AI platforms
- Data analytics services
- Payment processors
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
Every third party that processes customer data in the Rabid Agents application is named individually on our Subprocessors page, together with what it does and what data reaches it.
We may also share your information in the following situations:
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. These help maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics purposes.

Google Analytics

LinkedIn Insight Tag
We may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand how visitors interact with our Services. This tag may place a cookie in your browser and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and pages visited, which may be shared with LinkedIn. Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our Services. This tool does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. For more information, see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
5. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?
We offer products, features, and tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and similar technologies (“AI Products”). These tools are designed to enhance your experience.
We provide AI Products through third-party AI model providers (“AI Service Providers”). Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these providers to enable your use of our AI Products. We configure every request so that no provider may retain your data for model training; providers may hold requests briefly for abuse monitoring under their own policies. The providers we use may change over time. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.
Our AI Products are used for AI automation. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties.
6. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account (such as Google or GitHub). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information from your social media provider, typically your name, email address, and profile picture.
We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We are not responsible for other uses of your personal information by your social media provider and recommend you review their privacy notice separately.
7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than the period during which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.
8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure. We cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

Depending on where you are located, applicable law may give you certain rights regarding your personal information.
Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 12.
Opting out of marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. We may still send you service-related messages necessary for the administration and use of your account.
Account Information
To review or change the information in your account, or to terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. We may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, enforce our legal terms, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
11. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?
Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by sending you a direct notification.
