Cookie Policy

Last updated June 9, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Rabid Agents, a product of Rabid LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“we,” “us,” and “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit rabidagents.com. It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.

In some cases, cookies may collect personal information, or become personal information when combined with other data we hold.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve efficiency, and provide reporting information.

Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Rabid Agents) are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by anyone else are called third-party cookies. Third-party cookies enable features or functionality provided by outside parties (such as analytics or advertising) to work on or through our website. Those parties can recognize your device both when you visit our site and when you visit certain other websites.

Why do we use cookies?

We use first- and third-party cookies for several reasons:

  • Essential cookies are required for the website to function. Without them, the services you’ve requested cannot be provided.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
  • Preference cookies remember choices you make (such as your theme preference) to give you a better experience on return visits.

What about other tracking technologies?

Cookies are not the only way to recognize visitors. We may also use technologies like web beacons (sometimes called tracking pixels or clear gifs), tiny graphics that contain a unique identifier. These allow us to, for example:

  • Track traffic patterns across pages
  • Understand how visitors arrive at our site from external sources
  • Measure the performance of email communications

Web beacons typically rely on cookies to function. Disabling cookies will impair their operation.

What third-party tools do we use?

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag. We may use this to measure the performance of our advertising on LinkedIn and understand how visitors found our site. It may place a cookie in your browser. You can opt out via LinkedIn’s opt-out settings or read LinkedIn’s Cookie Policy.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use this to understand site traffic. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal information.

How can I control cookies?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can set or amend your preferences through your browser controls. Note that if you choose to block cookies, some parts of our website may not function correctly.

Most browsers allow you to:

  • View cookies that are stored and delete them individually
  • Block third-party cookies
  • Block cookies from specific sites
  • Block all cookies
  • Delete all cookies when you close your browser

For more information on how to manage cookies in your browser, refer to your browser’s help documentation.
